Assistant Cross Country Coach Needed at Terra Linda High School

We are excited to announce an opening for an Assistant (or co) Cross Country Coach at Terra Linda High School. Our team is small but growing, and we are looking for someone passionate about athletics and student development to help us reach new heights.

Key Qualifications:

• cross country experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong belief in the effectiveness of strength training and dynamic drills alongside traditional running practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate and teach exercises properly to athletes.
• Openness to integrating and adapting different training methodologies.
