Estimator – Concrete & Shell Subcontractor
Salary: $140,000 + Commission + Bens
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
One of Florida’s leading Concrete contractors are looking for an experienced Estimator to join the estimating department located in West Palm Beach. This client has a great name across Florida and partner with some of the biggest GC’s in the area.
You will be responsible for producing quality estimates for large concrete projects by thoroughly reviewing project documents, identifying risks, and ensuring profitability. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are accurately reflected in the estimates. The estimator will also focus on critical issues related to constructability and will be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance company profitability.
As an Estimator, you will work closely with clients and their representatives to ensure that technical specifications and designs align with industry standards and project feasibility. Your key responsibilities will include developing accurate job estimates, conducting site visits, and evaluating bids. You will play an integral role in helping clients meet their project budgets by reviewing project details, materials, and building methods.
