Summary :

The Customer Operations Assistant acts as an internal and external customer advocate, working closely with internal teams to ensure we fulfill our customers' needs. This position will have responsibility for supporting the order fulfillment process and assisting with reporting.

Essential Function :

  • Working internally with the team to manage sales backlog, order fulfillment, including processing incoming customer Purchase Orders, Sales Order Acknowledgement.
  • Assisting finance/accounting teams with order fulfillment support documentation.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing inventory shipments, including maintaining physical inventory count and assisting in adjusting the system accordingly.
  • Assisting with management of product device files and reports, including uploading manufacturing reports to the appropriate systems, and providing information to customers where required.
  • Assisting with reporting requirements, including forecast, production allocations, shortages, and delivery schedules.
  • Set up new suppliers.
  • Ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Other office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact cross-functionally within the organization as well as customers and suppliers.
  • Strong Excel capabilities, such as VLOOKUP and pivot table generation.
  • Strong NetSuite capabilities

California (included in posting)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$70,000 + target annual bonus.

Our salary ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position. Our Talent team member can share more about our salary ranges and other benefits of working at name of company, which are not included in the posted base salary range.
