We are looking for a Facility Manager to support our U.S. location and operations in Northern Europe (UK, Norway, Germany, Slovakia). The ideal candidate will oversee budget management, contractor supervision, supplier coordination, and facility planning while ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
• Manage facility operations for U.S. and Northern Europe locations.
• Oversee budget monitoring and control (Opex/Capex).
• Prepare specifications, tenders, and oversee contractor performance.
• Handle supplier and subcontractor management.
• Maintain and update facility floor plans.
Requirements:
• Facility management experience in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Expertise in budget control, Opex/Capex management.
• Experience with Floor Plans, AutoCAD and Real Estate
• Proficiency in Excel, and Power BI.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 20% as needed.
