Overview:

PHD Services, a facility services provider established in 1962, is seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to lead facility upgrades, construction initiatives, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple contractors and effectively communicate project status and strategy to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility improvement and construction projects from concept through completion
• Present high-level project updates and plans to executive and VP-level stakeholders
• Oversee contractor management, bidding processes, and RFI coordination
• Utilize AutoCAD for project planning, layout, and design reviews
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks across multiple simultaneous projects
• Ensure all project work meets safety, compliance, and performance standards
• Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or construction oversight
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and reporting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and shifting priorities
• Engineering background preferred
