• Roles available in multiple areas of Atlanta Metro including Kennesaw and Stockbridge
• Outpatient Clinic Setting
• Athena EMR
• A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of providers and disciplines to create world class patient satisfaction and support
• Routine wellness visits (including vaccines, health screenings, health education)
• Sick visits (e.g., colds, fever, infections, headaches)
• Chronic conditions (including obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD)
• Minor injuries (e.g., sprains, backaches, pulled muscles)
• Joint Injections, Prescription Refills
• Lab Services, Screenings

Background Desired - Family Medicine Physician

• Board certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a state physician license
