We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You will handle the check-in and check-out process, respond to guest needs, and ensure all interactions are efficient, courteous, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, including verifying identification, payment methods, and assigning room keys.
  • Complete registration and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Communicate guest information and requests to the appropriate hotel departments.
  • Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to all credit, cash handling, and check-cashing policies and procedures.
  • Perform cashier duties such as posting charges, settling bills and invoices, and processing foreign currency exchanges.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally using standard greeting protocols and route calls to the appropriate departments or guests.
  • Take messages accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests or staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages following established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Familiarity with PBX systems and hotel management software is a plus
