Part-time role, 20-25 consistent weekly hours
Paid training; nationally accredited program and certification
Required qualifications: degree or certification in human movement/bodywork
Local candidates only, please (within 20 miles)

Pay and Benefits

Hourly range $26-$31, plus gratuities and bonus tied to performance
Part-time role 20-28 hours per week (4-6 hour shifts)
Fully paid Flexologist Training Program and Certification; CEUs available
401K option after one year

Growth opportunities: Senior Flexologist, Lead Flexologist and Master Flexologist

Background and Qualifications

Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or Athletic Training
OR current certification in Massage, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, etc
Foundational knowledge of anatomy and functional movement
Passion for health, wellness and helping people
Fantastic communication skills, must love connecting with people
Reliability, professionalism and timeliness

Job Responsibilities

Learn and perform 25 and 50-minute 1:1 assisted stretch sessions (hands on)
Engage, support and educate clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels
Learn Club Ready platform; comfortable with operational tasks (bookings, notes, etc)
Attend monthly team meetings and mandatory trainings
Keep current on new techniques and continuing stretch education
Assist with pop-ups/demos, community events and promotions
