🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Solutions Engineer – Data Center & Cloud

📍 Hybrid | On-site (Richmond)

TBL Networks is seeking a seasoned technical leader to play a key role in shaping our Data Center & Cloud offerings. If you're passionate about infrastructure modernization, thrive in client-facing environments, and bring deep experience with both on-prem tech (Cisco UCS, VMware, Pure Storage, Veeam) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), we’d love to connect.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions tailored to the evolving needs of mid-market and enterprise clients
• Lead high-impact client engagements that accelerate modernization and unlock long-term business value
• Inspire and mentor engineering talent , helping grow TBL’s technical depth and expand our solution portfolio
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales to scope, propose, and secure strategic opportunities that drive growth

✅ What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting, ideally within MSP or client-facing environments
• Expert-level knowledge of data center technologies , including virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi), compute platforms (Cisco UCS), and storage (Pure Storage, Veeam)
• Hands-on experience designing cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or both, with an ability to balance scalability, security, and cost
• Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders, guide engineering teams, and build lasting client trust
• Relevant industry certifications such as VCP, PSCA-FA, CCNP Data Center, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.
