Position: Facilities & Cleanliness Specialist

At Chick-fil-A Middletown, we believe a clean and welcoming environment sets the tone for every guest experience. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  Facilities & Cleanliness Specialist to help us maintain our restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and functionality—from the kitchen to the dining room.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, dining, and restroom areas throughout the day
• Perform light facility maintenance such as replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, and general upkeep
• Keep floors, windows, trash stations, and equipment areas spotless and safe
• Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed
• Report issues that need professional attention
• Bonus: Experience with restaurant equipment repair is a strong plus!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in keeping things clean and orderly
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to lift, bend, and move throughout shifts
• Available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Prior experience in janitorial, maintenance, or custodial work is helpful
