Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing and coordinating key projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning
Coordinate project timelines and follow up on deliverables
Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and campaigns
Maintain and update marketing documentation and databases
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
