Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and lead our marketing efforts, driving both B2B and B2C growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing projects with a proven track record of delivering results, and enjoy taking on a hands-on, strategic role in diverse projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Develop, refine, and oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop targeted sales enablement materials.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events, including product launches, industry conferences, and webinars.
  • Ensure the website content is continuously updated and aligned with the latest products, announcements, and brand messaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies, identify new opportunities, and refine positioning.
  • Mentor and lead a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and leadership to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns and managing marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and driving growth.
  • Availability to work onsite 3 days/week with flexibility during busy periods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong liberal arts backgrounds with relevant experience are also considered.

Salary Range: $120-140K (DOE)
