Job Description

We are seeking experienced Regional Dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our team. This position is based in Marengo, OH, and offers excellent earning potential, consistent weekly home time, and the stability of working with a major retail customer. The role is physically demanding and requires 100% driver unload .

Compensation Package:

• High Earning Potential: Average $2,130 per week (approximately $110,880/year). Top performers can exceed this amount based on performance.
• Pay Structure: $215 per day plus $300 per trailer delivered.
• Additional Pay: Breakdown Pay at $100 per day.

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home.
• Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week.

Route & Operations:

• Dedicated Account: Consistent freight supporting retail stores.
• Running Area: Primarily covering OH, KY, Eastern PA, IN, MI, Western NY, WV, and Detroit.
• Average Miles: Approximately 1,400 miles per week.
• Freight Handling: 100% driver touch freight ; drivers are responsible for unloading retail goods at store locations, likely using rollers and conveyors.
• Equipment: Sleeper cab with 53' dry van trailers.

• Seeking drivers living within 120 miles of Marengo, OH.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• A minimum of 12 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be physically capable of unloading freight (100% touch freight).
• Good driving record and work history.
• Must reside within the designated hiring area.
