Our mission is to provide specialized advanced wound care directly into patients' homes, improving their comfort and quality of life. We work closely with hospitals, nursing homes, and local healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the best possible care as they transition from healthcare facilities to their homes.
The starting salary of $75,000-90,000 is just the start. We offer immediate salary increases based on performance, with top performers earning up to $150,000 per year. At Xwound, you will find a supportive, patient-centered environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals in hospitals and nursing homes.
- Promote advanced wound care services to patients transitioning from hospital to home or nursing home care.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to hospital discharge teams and nursing home staff.
- Educate discharge teams on the benefits of our advanced wound care solutions, including how they can improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, product demonstrations, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Provide ongoing support to discharge teams, ensuring a smooth referral process and maintaining long-term
relationships.
- Track sales activities, report progress, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven healthcare sales experience, specifically in advanced wound care, medical device sales, home healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates with hospital experience, such as nurses or healthcare professionals, who are interested in transitioning to medical sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Thorough knowledge of hospital discharge processes and nursing home environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- [Optional] Nursing education or clinical experience related to advanced wound care is a plus.
