Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in pharmaceutical advertising and agency experience to support major US asthma and dermatology campaigns. This role will be responsible for planning, managing, routing, and financially overseeing a wide range of promotional projects including print, digital, interactive, video, IVAs, RTEs, congress materials, and websites.

• Hybrid in NYC
• Full Time Hours Contract, potential for conversion to FTE
• Rate range: $48-55/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop project estimates and timelines; manage and update status reports.
• Lead internal meetings, kickoff sessions, and status meetings.
• Manage project/job setup, routing, and closeout using Agresso and Pulse systems.
• Oversee financial adjustments, burn reports, SOW creation, and forecasting.
• Own project health, including budget, timing, and risk management.
• Create and manage risk plans for at-risk projects.
• Update GANTT charts and project level of effort forecasts regularly.
• Ensure proactive communication, delegation, and motivation across project teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in pharmaceutical advertising project management at an agency.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-deliverable programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in financial management and project estimation (training available if needed).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify gaps in projects/processes and implement solutions.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
