Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

What your future day will look like:

• Lead a small tool room of 4-5 highly experienced Tool & Die Makers.
• Coordinate all activities of the Tool & Die Department
• Work with Engineering and shop personnel to resolve any potential issues
• Train and mentor newer shop employees
• Routinely work in SolidWorks to develop new and existing die components/fixtures and recommend design modifications/specifications.
• Lead projects related to tool & die making including purchasing of vital components/machinery

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Technical degree in a related field
• 3+ years of leading Tool & Die Departments
• 10+ years of Tool & Die experience in metal stamping
• Tool & Die Maker Journeyman Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with SolidWorks
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
