**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking two Business Execution Consultants to serve in a change owner role coordinating and leading implementation activities supporting Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO). **In this role, you will:** + Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives + Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations + Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business + Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management + Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of projects and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) business knowledge and experience + Experience with Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) systems including Fiserv/FDR, Shaw, CACS, and ECaR + Strong problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management execution skills + Ability to plan and organize cross-functional work + Strong business partner relationship skills + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Experience working with Change and Project Management + Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities + Ability to adapt during times of ambiguity and change + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously **Locations:** Must be able to work at one of the locations listed in a hybrid capacity 2800 S Price Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85286 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 7711 Plantation Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019 250 E John Carpenter Frwy Irving, TX 75062 11601 N Black Canyon Hwy Phoenix, AZ 85029 3201 N 4th Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 800 S Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266 This position in not eligible for visa sponsorship **Posting End Date:** 3 Jun 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
