Chief Executive Officer
Thrive is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to replace our retiring CEO of 20 years. We are seeking someone who has strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a heart for building relationships with partners, donors, and other constituents. Eligible candidates must have a visionary approach with which to carry the ministry forward into the next season, along with fundraising skills and an awareness of and sensitivity to multi-cultural concerns and current trends in missions. Time spent working cross-culturally is a plus, as is experience with non-profit ministry.

Ministry Paid Time Off: Thrive encourages our employees, along with their families, to occasionally serve in ministry outreach endeavors. (Up to two weeks)
Monthly Personal Retreat Days (PRDs): - one day per month to unplug and take the day with the Lord to refresh.
The Hiring Process:
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. The first round ends February 28th, 2025. We'll respond to applications as they arrive. Below is an outline of the steps in our hiring process.
Phase one: Receive candidate applications. Complete a brief questionnaire.
Phase two: Selected candidates will be asked to fill out a more in-depth CEO Questionnaire and provide references.
Phase three: Selected candidates will have an initial Zoom interview with our Search Committee. We strongly encourage you to bring any questions you have to ask our team. You're interviewing us as much as we're interviewing you. Multiple interviews might take place during this phase.
