JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist, tend to, and anticipate guest needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist, tend to, and anticipate guest needs.
• Work closely with internal and external partners including catering, security team, audio visual team, events team and facility teams.
• Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication.
• Understand events taking place within the EMS reservation books and enter updates.
• Various administrative tasks such as: invoice processing, scheduling maintenance calls with vendors, registering guests and order office supplies among others.
• Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed.
• Understand meeting room capabilities and catering offerings.
• Familiarize frequent users within the building, and guests arriving to the center.
• Assist planner with light data entry for events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of Front Desk Receptionist experience in Corporate environment.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to organize.
• College degree or related work experience.
