Job Summary** Under general supervision, provides clerical/administrative support to the training and development function. Coordinates the delivery of the designated training curricula according to the need of the organization. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. + Plans, coordinates and communicates monthly training schedule for designated region and specified courses. May resolve routine scheduling conflicts. + Maintains records of course attendance, participants- evaluation, training and logistic cost, etc. + Maintains the training materials, reorders when necessary and coordinates the delivery to the training locations. + Assists with training development and implementation and special projects as required. + Handles clerical functions of the department including routine inquiries regarding training schedules, courses and special events. + Schedules training meetings or orientations; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements. Arranges for outside services (audio visual, meals, travel) as needed. + Performs other duties as assigned. **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** + This job has no supervisory duties. **IV. Education and Experience + Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) + Experience: None required. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements + None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required + Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work well independently as well as with a team + Excellent attention to details + Excellent communication skills + Excellent Organizational skills + Some computer skills **V.
